Job Role: Sales manager in the digital age

Your objective

  • To grow our sales in the European market (remotely if needed)
  • To enjoy the road together while exceeding quota
  • To build our sales team in collaboration with pre-sales.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing new territories
  • Building a network of CxO level contacts
  • Forecast accurately according to DeltaBlue playbooks
  • To convert the right opportunities into long term customers
  • Understand how to match DeltaBlue’s suite to their client’s business issues
  • Sell the use case to address those business issues
  • Embrace and adopt digital selling strategies

(e.g online presentations, host online events, video selling etc)

Your competences and character

  • College or University degree in a business-related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the software industry
  • Demonstrates experience & success in selling to senior-level executives
  • Brings a solid understanding of the software development industry
  • In-depth and comprehensive knowledge of B2B sales process
  • Excellent social selling and relationship-building skills
  • Has the ability to tell a compelling story
  • A team player with a problem-solving and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience with remote selling techniques
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English
