Job description

You will be entrusted with a geographical territory to develop new business for our account executives, you’ll understand the importance of accountability, excellent communication skills and proper follow up. Most importantly, a desire to contribute is an absolute must. Additionally, you must also speak fluent English and native German.

Your mission as a SDR is to fill a sales pipeline with the highest quality sales opportunities.

You will be responsible for baseline metrics that include a mixed cadence of cold/warm calling, video prospecting, email campaigns, crafting one-off messages as well as scoping out targeted accounts for outbound/inbound prospecting.

While you’ll be provided with all the training and support that you need, having previous experience with self -study and e-learning will be beneficial as well.

Speak German as a first language with business level of English(spoken and written).

Passion or interest in IT Sales.

You have a hunting mentality, goal oriented, quick learner and self motivated.

Positive mindset and approach on researching and analyzing new business opportunities

Working conditions

Starting date: ASAP.

Salary: €80K OTE (including holiday allowance).

Uncapped bonus structure with 60/40 (base/commission).

27 holiday days.

Due to Covid you will start working from home however will later on be expected to work from the office 2-3 days a week(home office equipment will be provided).
